THE PROSTATE PROJECT

Reveals a healed life—where prostate recovery meets soul, science, and cellular truth.

Re-Writing The Cancer Story

  • In December 2023, I was diagnosed with intermediate-low risk prostate cancer. I was offered standard options—aggressive surgery, radiation, chemotherapy—but chose a holistic, precision path. At Envita Medical Centers in Arizona, we used genetically targeted, fractionated (microdose) chemotherapy based on my tumor genomics, paired with adjunctive therapies: intravenous vitamin C, green tea extract (EGCG), hyperbaric oxygen sessions, and chelation to address heavy metals. Back in Ontario, I continued detoxification, therapeutic nutrition, movement, and intentional emotional and spiritual work.

Today, I still have my prostate, and my health has returned to homeostasis, balance, and harmony. My PSA has dropped dramatically, and imaging shows no microscopic tumor burden. Recently, my liquid biopsy updates (ctDNA) were reported as clinically irrelevant—no measurable activity detected—so we’ll simply continue routine monitoring without escalation.

In Western oncology, the benchmark is often “no evidence of disease.” Yet most of us carry a microscopic burden shaped by stress, environment, and prior health challenges. Understanding root causes matters. True healing honors body, mind, and spirit; strengthens immune resilience; restores balance; and maps our exposure story and the drivers of illness in the body-mind-spirit ecosystem—not merely eradicates cells. With love, agency, and disciplined self-care, we can live long, healthy lives—even with remnants of past illness.

This is my story—but it can be yours, too. Together, we can redefine healing and embrace balance for a vibrant, fulfilling life.

  • Timeline: March 2023 – December 2023

The Beginning: My prostate cancer diagnosis came after a nine-month process that included digital rectal exams, ultrasounds, MRIs, and a biopsy. Being told I had intermediate-risk prostate cancer (Gleason 7) was daunting, but it also ignited a drive to understand the deeper reasons for this disease in my body.

Conventional Options: The Canadian oncology system presented me with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy—options focused on treating the cancer, but not the root causes. My instincts told me there was more to explore.

The Turning Point: I realized that addressing cancer required looking at my entire health story, from environmental exposures to emotional stress. This desire to go beyond conventional methods led me to research alternative approaches that could integrate the best of science and holistic care.

  • Envita Medical Centers: The Precision Oncology Revolution

    Timeline: January 2024 – Present

A New Approach: In January 2024, I began treatment at Envita Medical Centers in Scottsdale, Arizona. Envita is a trailblazer in precision oncology, using advanced genomic testing and tailored treatments to create a personalized blueprint for each patient.

Genomic Insights: Comprehensive testing revealed genetic mutations and environmental exposures that had contributed to my cancer. These insights formed the foundation for targeted therapies that were uniquely suited to my body.

    Fractionated Chemotherapy:

Unlike traditional chemotherapy, Envita employed micro-doses (5-10% of standard dosages) delivered through Platelet Vascular Modulation (PVM).

This process involved insulin modulation to “trick” cancer cells into absorbing the treatment, ensuring precision while minimizing side effects.

Interventional Radiology: Catheter-delivered treatments targeted tumors directly, sealing off their blood supply and enhancing the effectiveness of medications.

Immunotherapy: Cutting-edge therapies activated my immune system’s killer cells to identify and destroy cancer.

Adjunctive agents amplified the impact, creating a systemic approach to healing.

    Results:

My PSA dropped to 2.0, and my PSMA PtScan measured 2.1 on a scale of 0-20, with scans revealing either microscopic or no visible tumor burden. It's important to remember that we all carry a microscopic cancer burden, which, when our immune system is functioning optimally, it can manage effectively.

When illness is part of your spiritual journey, no medical intervention can heal you until your spirit has made the changes it was designed to inspire

  • Cancer 101 - A 4,500-Year-Old Message from the Body

Cancer isn’t new, random, or an enemy. Egyptian scrolls described breast tumors 4,500 years ago—not as war, but imbalance. For millennia, healing meant restoring harmony between body, spirit, and land. Modern medicine reframed it as battle: cut, burn, poison. Useful tools, yes—but the “why” got lost.

Cancer is feedback. A terrain problem. It rises from toxic load, chronic inflammation, nutrient collapse, and disconnection—from self, purpose, people, and nature. Today our terrain is in crisis. The body speaks in biomarkers and rhythm. Cancer is a breakdown in cellular communication, metabolism, immune surveillance, and detox—the whisper before the scream.

Integrative oncology widens the lens. It pairs precision treatments with metabolic repair, mitochondrial support, meaning-making, and radical self-care. It asks: What conditions created this—and how do we change them?

This isn’t anti-Western; it’s pro-wholeness. Trade combat for curiosity. Fear for understanding. Lasting healing doesn’t come from control. It comes from connection—and the steady restoration of balance.

  • Why We Get Cancer - A Wake-Up Call from Within

Cancer isn’t a random strike—it’s a biological SOS, signaling the body’s terrain has gone offline.

For millennia, healing meant balance. Physicians like Dr. Eli Jones (late 1800s) saw cancer as a terrain problem, treating digestion, immunity, and emotional resilience—not just the tumor. Over the last century, medicine shifted to warfare: cut, burn, poison. These tools save lives, but rarely ask why cancer arises in the first place.

Here’s the truth: only 5–10% of cancers are genetic. The rest—up to 95%—are driven by lifestyle and environment. Toxic exposures, poor diet, chronic stress, obesity, and unresolved trauma create the disconnection where cancer takes root. At the cellular level, the issue is mitochondrial dysfunction—lost capacity to make clean energy, clear damaged cells, and communicate. When terrain fails, cancer fills the vacuum. The patterns are visible. Childhood cancers are rising. Obesity stockpiles toxins. Air, water, and food carry thousands of largely untested chemicals. Meanwhile, cancer drugs generate billions, yet long-term outcomes remain modest and recurrence high.

The answer: restore terrain. Support mitochondria. Return to human rhythms—sleep, light, movement, real food, connection. Integrative oncology bridges the best of modern precision with root-cause care: metabolic repair, detox support, immune regulation, and meaning-making personalized to the individual.

Cancer isn’t the enemy. It’s a teacher, a mirror, a call to live well again.

    Let’s listen.
